Justin A. Phillingane
Born and raised in Prince George, VA, Dr. Phillingane focuses on all areas of podiatry, with special interests in diabetic and sports arenas. He completed an intensive surgical residency program at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL. Dr. Phillingane is grateful to serve his neighbors, friends, and their families.
Having earned a Master’s in Education, Dr. Phillingane strives to empower patients with all the knowledge they need to take an active role in their healthcare journey. Compassion and empathy form the cornerstones of his medical practice.

Ralph Ramos
Dr. Ramos is a board-certified podiatric surgeon that specializes in foot and ankle surgery. He completed an intensive 3-year residency at Mercy Hospital in Miami FL on podiatric medicine and surgery with reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery. He currently practices all facets of podiatry and greatly believes in building strong relationships with his patients.
Early in his career, Dr. Ramos grew a strong passion for the prevention of limb loss. He uses a multidisciplinary approach in order to provide the best care possible, and is also certified by the American Board of Wound Management. He practices advanced wound care therapies, such as surgical debridements, topical medications and wound grafts.
Born and raised in Miami, Fl, Dr. Ramos enjoys boating, fishing and appreciates spending quality time with his wife and 3 children. Being of Cuban descent, Dr. Ramos is fluent in Spanish.
